The company started in 2000 with just Greg working from a utility with a toolbox and a farm shed as home base. Since then it has grown to encompass 5 employees (2 technicians, 1 office staffer, 2 support staff) all operating from two fully-equipped and self-sufficient Mobile Service Vehicles and our three-bay workshop and office facilities. The company holds a Motor Vehicle Repairers Licence in both NSW & ACT and we are a member of the Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers Australia.
As well as performing both minor or routine maintenance and major overhauls (including complete restorations), we perform pre-purchase inspections in addition to our pre-selling preparation process where we ready your equipment for sale through our Sales Consignment program.
Customer Service is our top priority – keeping you the customer happy is our aim through the provision of the highest quality technical services, keeping you informed at every step of the way and ever striving to find the right balance between affordability and doing the job right first time every time. We achieve that through forward planning (including parts acquisition before booking in a service), data collection and retention (for future parts ordering) and performing the inexpensive repairs first before performing costlier repairs.
Our service program tracks scheduled services (based on time elapsed since last service) of most types of equipment; to remind you, we will call you a few weeks before a service is due and arrange a time to perform it. We also offer a 5% prompt payment discount on invoices paid the following business day. We have the latest electronic diagnostic equipment and many original equipment & aftermarket suppliers to provide parts and advice.
